To be or 2D

Animals die. Traffic roars. And in occasion they meet. And once in a blue moon their collision creates a new image, a new view of the dimensions they occupy. I am not aiming at their death but at their resurrection in 2D. Suggestions? flattenedfauna@gmail.com

It's called a sidewalk.

It looks like a crash, as if the bird made a mistake in calculating the height of the runway where it planned to land. And of course, after making its fatal mistake, there was a friendly volkswagen to even it out.

Death from above.

One of my first pictures within this series is the one below. I assume the bird abandoned its nest a bit too soon and took a headdive underneath the frontwheel of one of the many vehicles passing my home. The pose it took asstounded me because it seemed so vivid. The perfect allignment with the bricks is a bonus.
